Customer Story Transcript:

"I'm a risk manager, so I deal with our day to day placements of property casualty and help out our management liability lines.

Our portfolio exists in give or take around 4,600 locations, around 19 countries.

Our CEO has always been that driver of our slogan is ahead of what's next. And I think he's really taken full grasp of that is, okay, we have a billion square feet. What do we do with that? What can we do with that?

And I think it all starts with the data and knowing not only what's in our building, but what our customers want. So it's taking that next step of that data transformation. Renewals with Archipelago have been really a game changer, to be honest. You know?

Just the ease of working with our Statement of Values (SOV) and uploading new information, helping with the modeling. Just knowing that they are looking at the data, and confirming that, let's say if we say a building is two stories and the data well, actually, if you look at a report – risk engineering report, some other report – Archipelago comes back to it and says, actually, that should really be one story. So I think it's just, while we might have some errors, they're able to help us correct those errors and just knowing that, again, that data quality is there.

And speaking with our underwriters today, they definitely pointed out how great Prologis's data is. While the modeling may show one limit, they're actually able to just take a step back from the modeling and knowing how good our data is and actually giving us better rates on that. They said that since the data is so complete that they're able to quote faster and they're not trying to scramble around and find new information. They can trust the data in there and give us a faster quote. I go into our platform at least I'd say monthly, if not more. We're utilizing for not only renewal time, but also during our quarterly adds and deletes.

We actually upload off, again, for acquisitions, we upload all of our, property condition assessment. So going in dragging and dropping those documents in there. So and then also with this large data push, internally they've actually reached out to our risk management team and myself to say, "Okay, Casey. What data points are you guys already collecting, and how can we utilize that internally?"

So our solar team is really growing. They don't have anywhere to really capture that information. So it's potentially utilizing Archipelago to help us track that solar. Or the ESG team, they're growing as well. You know, how do we capture, you know, LEED certified, different items like that. So bringing it all together.

And really, it's kinda hard to imagine a renewal without Archipelago.

I feel like it's been that big of a game changer. For us, it's really taken us to the next step."
